Shipping Policy 

1. Definitions
Pre order: An order for a product placed before it is available for purchase
Sea shipping: Sea shipping is the movement of goods by ship, either partially or entirely by sea 
Express shipping: A fast delivery service from China to South Africa 
Courier: The dispatch of the goods after goods are delivered to Baby Butterfly Luxury 
Shipping time: Time it takes to ship the goods from the supplier to South Africa 
Processing time: Time it takes for the supplier to complete the order
Lead time: Processing time plus shipping time

2. Pre Orders
All items are sold on pre-order.

3. Shipping
We offer international express and sea shipping options. The customer is liable for their portion of the shipping fee. Orders are shipped using group shipping to lower the fees. Shipping fee is dependent on the weight and volume of the entire order. Sea shipping is very low relatively to express shipping. A period of 3 days will be allowed for customers to make payments once goods are ready to ship to SA. Express shipping fee does not include import tax fees, that will be paid separately.

4. Courier fee
Courier fee is calculated once the order is available and ready for delivery. We use The Courier Guy for local courier.

5. Lead Time
The lead time for pre order items is equal to the processing time plus shipping time. Processing time is 1 to 2 weeks. Shipping time depends on the shipping option. Express shipping is 10 days. Sea shipping is 4 to 6 weeks. 
Express lead time is 4 weeks
Sea shipping lead time is 6 to 10 weeks
